Job summary

Jack is seeking an experienced growth marketer to scale paid acquisition at an early-stage, high-growth startup in the SF Bay Area. You will own the paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels, running end-to-end experiments and building the growth engine from scratch.

You will also drive organic growth via SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing, collaborating with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing
• Experience scaling paid acquisition at an early-stage startup
• Strong copywriting and messaging judgment
• Experience with paid channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok
• B2B/B2C consumer brands experience a plus
• Based in SF Bay Area; no relocation needed
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and social channels for mid-market consumer brands
• Design, launch, and measure growth experiments across paid ads, landing pages, messaging, and audiences
• Build the growth engine from scratch with no existing playbook
• Drive organic growth through SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals
• Track performance, manage budgets, and optimize CAC and payback metrics
• Leverage AI tools and platform to accelerate content creation and campaign execution
• Collaborate with a dedicated content creator to produce high-performing assets
