Responsibilities

• Achieve the pipeline goals through digital channel opportunities.
• Own paid advertising end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta—structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, briefs, copy, landing pages.
• Build 0→1 and scale live channels while protecting CAC and efficiency as spend grows.
• Run rigorous experiments with hypotheses, variables, significance, and repeatable plays.
• Measure leading and lagging indicators and set up tracking to monitor performance.
