Job summary

Jack is seeking an experienced growth marketer to scale paid acquisition at an early-stage, high-growth startup in the SF Bay Area. You will own the paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels, running end-to-end experiments and building the growth engine from scratch.

You will also drive organic growth via SEO, AEO, email, and lifecycle marketing, collaborating with Sales and Engineering to align campaigns with product launches and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of growth, performance, or demand-generation marketing
• Experience scaling paid acquisition at an early-stage startup
• Strong copywriting and messaging judgment
• Experience with paid channels: Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok
• B2B/B2C consumer brands experience a plus
• Based in SF Bay Area; no relocation needed
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

Responsibilities

We need someone with 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing who has scaled paid acquisition at an early-stage, high-growth startup. You should be comfortable building from zero, running experiments end to end, and using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to multiply your output. Bonus points if you've marketed to consumer brands or worked in the creative/media/video space.

What we are looking for

• Scaled paid acquisition channels with measurable growth results (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Tiktok, SEO / AEO)
• Marketing experience targeting brands or consumer goods companies
• Marketing SaaS, AI, or creative technology products
• Worked at early-stage high-growth startup (Series A - Series C)
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, agentic products)
• Based in SF Bay Area; no relocation needed
