Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Growth Marketing to own paid media, SEO/AEO, and conversion programs end to end. You’ll set strategy, manage the paid media agency, and drive pipeline with hands-on leadership.

In this in-office role (3+ days/week in Chicago), you’ll lead a small team, coach two specialists, and partner with product marketing, sales, web, and design to ensure digital strategies translate into tangible growth and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record generating pipeline from digital channels in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, display, and video.
• Strong command of SEO/AEO driving traffic, conversion, and pipeline.
• Experience managing paid media agencies and optimizing spend.
• Analytical, data-driven with ability to translate metrics into decisions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, web, and design.
• AI-forward mindset applied to campaigns and workflows.
• Excellent communication and project management in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid channel strategy and budget planning.
• Lead and coach the teams overseeing organic search, aligning to pipeline goals.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, web, and regional teams to align digital work with GTM motions.
• Measure, report, and optimize campaign performance and attribution.
• Translate data into actionable spend and pipeline recommendations.
