This hands-on, player-coach role sets strategy and stays close to numbers to understand why campaigns move, directly supervising our paid media agency and two global team members.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate pipeline via digital channels in B2B SaaS.
• Experience improving acquisition efficiency and downstream conversion.
• Strong command of paid social, paid search, display and video.
• Track record managing paid media agencies and diagnosing performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Own global paid channel strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other channels.
• Coach and support teammates overseeing organic search, ensuring SEO/AEO aligns with pipeline goals.
• Manage budget, pacing, audience design, and performance reporting with the agency.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, web, design, and regional teams to align digital execution with GTM motions.
• Oversee measurement, attribution, and lead quality for leadership visibility.
