What You’ll Own
  • Top-of-funnel growth: Lead new customer acquisition through creative campaigns and performance marketing.
  • Influencer strategy: Collaborate with TikTok creators and expand our influencer program.
  • Agency partnership: Work with our elite ad agency, managed by the head of growth at DuckDuckGo, handling significant ad spend.
  • Toolstack: Use the latest AI and marketing tools to launch A/B tests and experiment continuously.
  • Creative meets analytics: Combine creative instincts with a data-driven mindset to scale effective strategies.
Who You Are
  • 2–5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a fast-growing startup.
  • Proficient in Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting, Influencer, Content, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Familiar with SEO/SEM strategies, customer lifecycle, and activation flows.
  • Data-driven: Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and A/B testing.
  • Fast and creative: Able to think quickly and execute high-velocity campaigns.
  • Goal-oriented: Eager to own and grow a significant metric.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in video marketing or scaling video campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools like HubSpot.
