The Head of Growth Marketing will have a stellar understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, Social Media, Email, Affiliate, and SEO. Levitate is seeking a visionary Head of Growth Marketing to lead our comprehensive growth strategy. This strategic role will drive growth for clients throughout the customer journey—from top-of-funnel awareness, media buying strategy, to conversion optimization (CRO), upsells, referrals, affiliate marketing, and landing page funnel build-outs. You will work closely with a team that includes Shopify design/dev, paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth via acquisition, conversion, and expansion for prospects and customers across our clients. Working cross-functionally with clients’ product, design, sales, and marketing teams, you will develop and implement data-driven growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and oversee growth marketing for various clients
  • Project manage teams for seamless campaign implementation in marketing platforms
  • Establish media strategies (in conjunction with media teams) and audience targeting strategies, along with best-in-class performance creative suggestions based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics
  • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing campaigns with frequent multivariate A/B testing and execute such campaigns for up to 2 performance clients
  • Work with other Directors at Levitate to handle cross-functional clients, focusing on growth consulting or media, and collaborate with the internal design, CRO, eCommerce, email/retention teams
  • Oversee standardized reporting, track, and analyze weekly & monthly KPIs for growth strategies and special media clients
  • Eventually build out your team and mentor junior members in client management, growth consulting, and processes
  • Provide thought leadership for growth strategies applicable across departments and oversee performance creative output from the design team
  • Solve complex problems by understanding clients’ business needs and industry trends
  • Expand existing strategies, research new platforms, and create growth opportunities for clients
  • Explain complex business and data insights to clients, including attribution and performance analytics
  • Knowledge of ecommerce funnels, go-to-market, B2B/lead gen funnels, and DTC eCommerce
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies integrating field marketing, paid media, events, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead and expand the current team
  • Understand performance media investments including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and affiliate marketing
  • Own the company website experience for traffic optimization, lead capture, and SEO growth
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance retention and maximize customer lifetime value
  • Utilize analytics to monitor, adjust, and report on marketing performance, translating data into actionable strategies
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Collaborate with sales, product, ops, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of digital strategy experience with expertise in eCommerce, web builds, and CRO
  • Knowledge in Healthcare, Fintech, eCommerce sectors
  • Strong knowledge of all media channels, growth marketing, VSLs, funnel building, and CRO
  • Understanding of Affiliate marketing
  • Excellent project and time management skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • People-management, teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, especially email marketing best practices
