The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our user acquisition and revenue growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/LLMs, a strong data-driven mindset, and a passion for experimentation. As the first in-house marketing hire, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our growth strategy, driving demand, and optimizing the marketing funnel to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

You will:

  • Drive marketing initiatives tailored to the IP industry, ensuring strategies align with market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new channels, messaging, and tactics to optimize conversion rates and CAC.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and audience targeting.

  • Manage and scale paid and organic marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

  • Establish and refine key marketing metrics, implementing robust tracking and reporting systems to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and drive strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

You have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B/SaaS with a focus on AI/LLMs.

  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth, demand generation, and pipeline expansion.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging growth analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts.

  • A deep understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of the IP industry and its market dynamics is essential.

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
