Formic is hiring a Growth Marketing Engineer to own our GTM tech stack, AI-powered outreach, and multi-channel campaigns. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive scalable lead generation and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Growth Marketing / GTM Engineering or similar technical role
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing marketing tech stacks in B2B
• Experience using AI tools to automate, personalize GTM workflows
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Creative thinker contributing to campaign ideation and messaging
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort building from scratch in a hands-on, high-ownership role
• Experience collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the full GTM tech stack setup, deployment and data flow
• Design and build AI-powered outreach systems and workflows
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute multi-channel campaigns
• Ensure campaigns are tracked, measurable and optimizable
• Create dashboards to surface pipeline metrics, campaign ROI and CAC
• Identify gaps in the GTM stack and implement improvements
• Evaluate new tools to accelerate lead generation or performance
• Coordinate with content, design and sales for cohesive campaigns
• Support A/B testing and translate results into iterations
• Maintain data quality across platforms
• Serve as an internal AI GTM systems expert
