Job summary

Formic is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer to be the technical backbone of our marketing efforts. You will own the GTM tech stack, deploy AI-powered workflows, and enable multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.

You will design campaigns with tracking and attribution, build dashboards, and partner with Sales and RevOps to scale qualified lead volume while maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and managing marketing and sales tech stacks in a B2B environment.
• Experience using AI tools to automate or personalize GTM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack setup, deployment, and data flow for pipeline growth.
• Design and build AI-powered outreach systems and workflows for scalable lead generation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.
• Ensure campaigns are trackable with attribution, and build dashboards for pipeline metrics and ROI.
