Big Leap is a prominent Digital Marketing agency seeking a Director of Paid Advertising to lead our paid media strategy and execution. You will oversee innovation, team development, client relationships, and process improvements to deliver strong results for ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities include guiding strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn, mentoring the team, and partnering with cross-functional teams to grow client accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media account management or strategy experience, with ecommerce focus.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
• Strong expertise across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, display and programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy and execution in alignment with client goals.
• Mentor and grow the paid media team; drive client results.
• Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and fulfillment to expand client opportunities.
