Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Marketing Director to lead program revenue marketing across email, organic social, website and SEO, to grow membership, enrollment and community engagement.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this role drives campaign strategy, manages external vendors, analyzes performance data and collaborates with program and development teams to advance YMCA priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/business or related field and 6+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Six years in marketing with at least two years leading multi-channel campaigns or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program revenue marketing across channels (email, organic social, website, SEO/AEO).
• Plan, execute and evaluate multi-channel campaigns with defined targets and budgets.
• Manage external vendors and agency relationships for marketing initiatives.
• Use performance data to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (YMCA program areas, Development, operations).
