Job summary

YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Marketing Director to drive program revenue marketing and lead multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and web. You will manage vendor relationships, oversee SEO/AEO, and collaborate with program leaders and development teams to elevate membership and community engagement.

The role requires a strategic communicator with experience in marketing automation, analytics, and brand stewardship, reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Minimum of six years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns or programs.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS.
• Analytics knowledge with GA4 and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing plans, targets and campaigns for membership and program enrollment.
• Manage intake, calendars and timelines across stakeholders with VP oversight.
• Lead email automation, segmentation and nurture campaigns.
• Oversee organic social media strategy, content calendars and community management.
• Own website platform and coordinate with vendors for improvements and SEO/AEO.
