Highway is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead marketing growth for its business units. You will own GTM strategy, messaging, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Brand to drive adoption and revenue.

You will build and manage Marketing Growth Managers, develop content and campaigns, and enable sales with assets like one-pagers and decks. You will oversee events and performance reporting to optimize impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration required.
• 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing teams.
• Experience managing demand generation and growth marketing for large organizations.
• Comfortable creating a multi-layer marketing strategy to reach customers.
• Exceptional cross-department communication with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple events and projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the business units, aligning with marketing objectives and messaging.
• Develop Marketing Growth Managers and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks for offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to create materials for sales and customer enablement.
• Lead BU-specific Marketing Manager content initiatives (blogs, case studies, videos).
• Partner with Product and Sales to support feature launches and drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on content usage, campaign results, and revenue impact.
• Gather feedback from sales, customers, and partners to inform content and campaign strategy.
• Work with brand, content, and design teams to maintain consistency while tailoring materials to BU focus.
• Support events for trade shows, webinars, and virtual events.
