the company is a design-driven platform helping entrepreneurs build brands and businesses online. This senior Director of GTM & Growth Marketing role centers on creating a unified, scalable go-to-market engine across multiple products and markets in New York.

You will lead senior growth marketing managers, partner with GMs and product leaders, and drive a playbook that aligns upstream briefs, channel logic, and financial models. Experience in both B2C and B2B is required.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in growth marketing or GTM.
• Experience across both B2C and B2B/sales-assisted models.
• Proven experience building or scaling global GTM playbooks.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of senior growth marketing managers and serve as the main GTM contact across key business lines.
• Design and run the GTM system and playbook for launches across the portfolio.
• Shape channel strategies, briefs, and feedback loops for faster, clearer market action.
• Collaborate with Brand, PMM, and GM partners to unify product launch storytelling.
