Job summary

NetGain Communications seeks a Director of Marketing to translate growth strategy into measurable, integrated marketing programs. You will lead a disciplined operating system supporting new-logo growth, client expansion, and partner-driven revenue in a hybrid, US-based setting.

You will manage the Marketing & Strategic Growth Coordinator, collaborate with Sales, Pardot/CRM, PR, and external specialists to drive demand generation and brand momentum with data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B and B2C marketing with revenue impact.
• Experience in technology, professional services, SaaS, or complex solutions.
• Proven ability to connect marketing activity to sales and revenue outcomes.
• Experience leading a small cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and quarterly marketing operating plan aligned with growth priorities.
• Translate strategy into integrated campaigns, content, events, digital programs, and sales enablement.
• Design campaigns for new-logo acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and vertical markets.
• Define objectives, audiences, offers, CTAs, lead stages, and success metrics with Sales.
• Collaborate with Pardot/CRM resources on segmentation, nurture, and attribution.
• Own editorial strategy and brand messaging across channels; guide content and design production.
• Oversee website performance, landing-page priorities, SEO, and digital optimization.
• Lead events marketing, partner resources, and measurement of pipeline influence.
