Job summary

Myo is seeking a Marketing Director to shape the strategic direction of the marketing function and own paid acquisition and lifecycle programs in North America. Responsibilities

• Owns Myo's paid media program (Meta and Google Ads) across Canada and the US: strategy, testing, creative briefs.
• Sets content strategy and creative direction across organic social, short-form video, and search with a clear POV on wins.
• Diagnoses account performance, decides what to test next, and flags spend that isn’t working.
• Leads the full marketing launch for each new clinic and improves the playbook.
• Owns lifecycle and retention strategy and measures first-30-day retention.
