The role is hands-on, autonomous, and data-driven, with opportunities to expand impact as the product scales. You will build and optimize channels, test new ideas, and measure outcomes against growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of growth marketing experience in consumer products.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Experience building or leveraging agentic tools to automate repetitive marketing work.
• Understanding of growth across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Autonomous, self-directed and highly analytical.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize creator acquisition programs for the platform.
• Develop creator campaigns across paid social, SEO, and organic channels.
• Help optimize the creator funnel from awareness through first game published.
• Partner with product to surface creator milestones and wins for word-of-mouth.
• Drive player acquisition and engagement across paid and organic channels.
• Own hands-on paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms.
• Use data to identify drop-offs and run experiments to improve conversion and retention.
• Develop organic social strategies that grow both creator and player audiences.
