Job summary

Raydar, a seed-stage AI company in San Francisco, seeks a Founding Growth Marketer to build the marketing function from the ground up and own how to reach startup buyers. You will partner with the founder and a seasoned growth advisor to shape strategy and execution.

You will design and run a multi-channel growth program, drive awareness of an AI finance platform, and form strategic partnerships with VC firms and accelerators as the company scales.

The role / why it matters

As the Founding Growth Marketer, you will build the marketing function from zero and own how the company reaches startup buyers. You will work directly with the founder and receive support from an experienced growth advisor.

• Launch campaigns, test channels and use data to improve conversion and pipeline.

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership of a growth or marketing function.
• Experience building a marketing function from zero at a B2B SaaS company.
• Ownership of multi-channel acquisition, awareness and measurable growth outcomes.
• Ability to work directly with founders and turn strategy into hands-on execution.
• A creative, analytical approach to reaching startup buyers.
• Experience with financial software or AI products.
• Relationships with startup ecosystems, venture firms or accelerators.

Compensation and benefits

• $300,000-$350,000 annual base salary.
• Founding ownership of the growth function with experienced advisor support.

Full-time, onsite six days per week in San Francisco with flexible hours. Existing visa transfers and new sponsorship may be considered.
