You will analyze dashboards, communicate value, run QBRs, and identify upsell opportunities while collaborating with Sales to drive revenue growth. Based in the US and aligned with New York hours, this role suits a data-driven, proactive professional.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role (SaaS preferred).
• You can read dashboards, spot trends, and turn data into recommendations.
• Strong communicator on calls and in writing.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tech in the age of AI agents.
• Have a revenue mindset with upsell/expansion awareness.
• Based in or able to work New York hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client health, drive adoption, and flag risks and opportunities.
• Explore dashboards and reporting to translate data into a client narrative and internal insights.
• Lead QBRs and check-ins with stakeholders using data to tell a value story.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product insights.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities; collaborate with Sales on renewals and growth.
