Job summary

2B Living is seeking a Growth Manager in the Bay Area to join our Growth Leader on high-impact opportunities. You will help scale our 6,000+ unit portfolio across 550+ properties by building repeatable processes, templates and AI-enabled workflows that support deals, proposals and client engagements.

This role offers ownership as you develop judgment, manage client relationships, and grow into a defined market or business line within Growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high‑ownership role involving sales operations, client service, business development, real estate, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams without losing details or momentum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong comfort with data, basic financial analysis and business economics.
• Advanced comfort with modern productivity tools, CRM systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deal Execution & Growth Operations: own cadence from first engagement through signed agreement and handoff.
• Client & Relationship Support: prepare briefs, attend meetings, drive follow‑through and maintain relationship maps.
• Market & Growth Intelligence: organize market intel and track performance across growth channels.
• Internal Handoff & Client Continuity: ensure onboarding with complete context and clean handoffs.
• Grow Into Client‑Facing Ownership: gradually own smaller opportunities and relationships.
