This role carries direct accountability for growth rate and revenue acceleration. You are expected to identify and eliminate impediments to growth, build systems for scalable discovery, run experiments, and partner with the founding team on the next moves to push top-line

Responsibilities

• Build outbound systems that find and qualify the right people before they find us
• Own how Build is discovered - search, content, LLM answers, programmatic surfaces
• Design and run growth experiments: form the hypothesis, build it, read the data, kill it or scale it
• Create a system around company communications that compounds - case studies, thought leadership, technical posts, things that travel
• Invent distribution plays that other companies have not tried yet - referral loops, physical stunts, partnerships, events
• Build and manage the tools that make inbound work without constant human input
• Stand up the analytics that make growth legible and hold the team to what they show
• Work directly with the founding team on what to try next and why
