Airbnb is seeking a Program Operations Lead for Growth Levers in San Francisco to own the operating system that coordinates incentives, host-funded promotions, engagement and CRM, partnerships, and merchandising across regions.

The role focuses on execution and coordination, with responsibility for intake, sequencing, budget translation, and governance across Global Markets, central teams, and country operations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program management, business operations, or marketing/GTM operations.
• Experience establishing a new operating system or central coordination capability and scaling it across teams.
• Exceptional cross-functional orchestration in a matrixed org with senior leader collaboration.
• Strong budget-to-execution discipline with multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Fluent written and spoken English; comfortable in a global, time-zone diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Own one cross-lever roadmap and source of truth across regions.
• Build and run the levers operating system with cadence, readiness, and governance.
• Set up intake and sequencing with prioritization and escalation rules.
• Translate budget into executable plans and provide live spend/return view to leadership.
• Serve as connective tissue across regional ops, growth marketing, partnerships, and product.
• Turn playbooks and country plans into shipped campaigns and templates.
