Job summary

2B Living, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and revenue across our Bay Area communities. You'll lead marketing, showings, applications, leases, renewals, and tenant relations with a focus on a high-touch, low-friction experience.

You’ll need 2+ years of multi-family leasing, strong communication, and a California Real Estate license. Proficiency with Appfolio/ShowMojo, MS Office, and Google Suite is a plus; driving is required.

Qualifications

• Multi-family, multi-site leasing experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Sales driven, problem solver, and open-minded individual.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team-player with excellent customer service.
• Well organized with great attention to detail.
• Driving required; car and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of community pricing and availability; communicate benefits.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite; Appfolio/ShowMojo a plus.
• California Real Estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using online channels and referral programs.
• Schedule and conduct showings using ShowMojo.
• Process applications quickly; draft leases and renewals.
• Manage leasing requests from tenants with Leasing Coordinators.
• Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Perform leasing activities to reach occupancy and revenue goals: tours, screenings, move-ins.
• Support lease renewal program: letters, meetings, timely signatures.
• Track availability and capture demographics and data.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner questions and resolve issues.
