Job summary

2B Living is building its first dedicated talent acquisition function in the Growth team, reporting to the COO/CFO. This role will own recruiting end to end for regional managers, property managers, accountants, leasing pros, and maintenance staff as the company scales.

You will craft pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and develop an employer brand across Bay Area markets to attract top talent for a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience across agency and in-house recruiting.
• Fluency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator.
• Experience running a full interview process with hiring managers and closing candidates.
• Strong written communication and candidate outreach.
• Data fluency and use of recruiting metrics.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset in a building function.
• Working knowledge of California employment and hiring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline end to end across all roles for 2B Living.
• Build proactive pipelines for evergreen roles to shorten time to fill.
• Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Write clear, compliant job postings for property management roles.
• Lead intake with managers on must-haves, compensation, and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and timely decisions.
• Extend offers and hand off to People Ops for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate communications.
