Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an Executive Operations & Growth Strategy Chief of Staff to join one of our valued client partners in San Mateo, California.

This high-ownership role works as a direct extension of the VP of Product and Post-Sales, owning recruiting, post-sales operations, executive coordination, KPI reporting, board preparation, internal communications, and outbound growth initiatives to scale the enterprise go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional startup/operations experience.
• Ability to communicate with candidates, customers, and executives.
• Ability to operate without established processes or detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination and hiring processes.
• Build and improve post-sales operating processes and dashboards.
• Manage an executive calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Create internal dashboards showing key KPIs across sales, product, customer, and bugs.
• Track business metrics and surface risks and priorities for leadership.
• Prepare board decks, all-hands, product status reports, and executive updates.
• Support outbound prospecting experiments to generate enterprise pipeline.
• Develop outbound content and messaging strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Product, Post-Sales, Sales, Recruiting, and Go-to-Market.
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Create repeatable systems and processes as the organization grows.
• Serve as a trusted execution partner to senior leadership.
