Job summary

Avoca seeks a Growth Manager to discover and scale new market avenues, focusing on partnerships and AI-enabled automation. You will design experiments, build scalable systems, and drive revenue through relationship-driven channels, reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

The role blends strategy, growth hacking, and hands-on execution in a high-velocity environment. You’ll develop leverage by engaging major industry networks, turning insights into a repeatable engine, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role.
Exceptional relationship skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Genuine horsepower: fast learning, first principles thinking, problem solving without templates.
Fluency with AI tools and bias for automating repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with industry networks and peer groups.
Build and maintain relationships to unlock channels and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue.
Use AI and automation to run more experiments, reach more people, and scale beyond traditional hires.
Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems.
Own your numbers and report clearly on what’s working and where to double down.
