Job summary

Avoca seeks a Growth Manager to discover and scale new market avenues, focusing on partnerships and AI-enabled automation. You will design experiments, build scalable systems, and drive revenue through relationship-driven channels, reporting to the Head of Partnerships.

The role blends strategy, growth hacking, and hands-on execution in a high-velocity environment. You’ll develop leverage by engaging major industry networks, turning insights into a repeatable engine, and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in growth, strategy, consulting, banking, or another demanding, analytical role.
• Exceptional relationship skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Genuine horsepower: fast learning, first principles thinking, problem solving without templates.
• Fluency with AI tools and bias for automating repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own high-leverage growth channels end to end, starting with industry networks and peer groups.
• Build and maintain relationships to unlock channels and turn them into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Use AI and automation to run more experiments, reach more people, and scale beyond traditional hires.
• Design, run, and measure growth experiments, then productionize what works into repeatable systems.
• Own your numbers and report clearly on what’s working and where to double down.
