Avoca is hiring a Growth Lead, Performance to build and scale the acquisition engine that powers its next stage of growth. Your initial focus will be building and scaling paid social and paid search into meaningful sources of qualified pipeline.

You’ll own channels end to end, test creative concepts, landing pages, and experiments, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing. This in-person role is based in NYC with a high-energy, fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing at a fast-growing B2B tech company.
• Proven track record building and scaling paid social programs (Meta) and paid search.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale paid social and paid search into major revenue drivers.
• Own end-to-end paid acquisition: strategy, budget, testing, measurement, optimization.
• Create a high-velocity experimentation engine across audiences and landing pages.
• Translate insights into campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.
• Set performance targets and allocate investment based on pipeline and CAC.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing for feedback loop.
