Highstock Inc. is seeking a Partner Manager who will work directly with the Head of Growth to manage a growing portfolio of brand partners on our AI-enabled marketplace platform.

You will own onboarding and ongoing growth, keeping partners engaged, and ensuring robust inventory flow and listing volume. You will run regular check-ins and business reviews with partners, sharing performance insights and recovery results, while collaborating closely with the Growth team to build scalable account

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.
• Background in B2B, marketplace, agency, or retail/CPG encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Own a portfolio of brand partners as their day-to-day contact from onboarding through ongoing growth.
• Keep partners engaged and active: drive listing volume, ensure inventory flows, and prevent stalls.
• Run check-ins and business reviews with partners, sharing performance insights and recovery results.
• Work with the Head of Growth to build and iterate on account management systems, tooling, and playbooks.
