Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, direct mail) that drive member engagement and program adoption. You will partner with product to bring new offerings to market, while collaborating with our clinical teams to align communications and outcomes.

You will own an experimentation program, apply AI to marketing, and influence cross-functional teams across data science, creative, engineering, and operations to move metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in consumer growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or consumer product marketing, with B2C focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement through lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail.
• Lead experimentation programs with data-driven hypotheses and rapid iteration.
• Partner with product to launch programs/features with strong go-to-market messaging.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to align marketing and clinical communications for better outcomes.
• Prototype AI-powered marketing ideas and apply AI tools to improve personalization.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with data science, creative, engineering, product, and ops to deliver initiatives.
