Hinge Health is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own direct mail campaigns that help prospective members discover Hinge Health and take the next step toward musculoskeletal health. You will partner with the Growth Operations, Data Science, Creative, Finance, and Procurement teams, owning workstreams from planning to launch and measurement.

You’ll optimize targeting, messaging, and formats, manage budgets, and turn performance insights into actionable recommendations, building channel

Formación

• 5+ years in growth, performance, direct response, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing; offline channel experience is a plus.
• Experience using segmentation, personalization, targeting, or triggered communications.
• Experience partnering with Creative/Design teams to test concepts, messaging, and content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actions.
• Strong project management and communication skills across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute direct mail campaigns including audience selection, segmentation, mailer formats, messaging, and timelines.
• Manage campaign budgets in partnership with Finance and Procurement, ensuring spend aligns with plans.
• Monitor performance metrics (volume, CPA, ROI) and translate insights into recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Creative, Copy, Data Science, Operations, and external partners.
• Support experimentation by designing/tests across targeting, messaging, format, and offers; document results.
