Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago seeks a Manager, Business Unit Sales & Strategy to lead category management, forecasting and trade management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, field sales, and supply chain to deliver target outcomes.

You will develop business proposals, conduct market research with category marketing, and manage budgets to drive profitable revenue growth across channels. A base salary range and bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of professional FMCG experience; category management or sales preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with data experience.
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with databases.
• Experience presenting to and working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust proposals that align brand story with customer strategy.
• Conduct account-specific market research with category marketing.
• Lead trade marketing budget and ensure spend discipline.
• Collaborate with revenue management and customer sales teams.
• Forecast demand and lead monthly forecasting routines.
• Identify whitespace and gaps to drive profitable promotions and launches.
