Shifter is seeking a Head of Growth to drive end-to-end growth for our AI and SEO service for B2B software buyers. This fully remote role operates on US hours and offers a fixed base with commission, starting flexibly and potentially becoming full-time.

You will own the pipeline from awareness to closing and help define our sales and marketing playbook. You’ll build demand through content, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns, run outbound to software companies, establish agency partnerships, and

Qualifications

• You’ve grown a B2B services or SaaS company, across marketing and sales, with the numbers to show for it.
• You’re comfortable owning a pipeline from first touch to signed deal
• You can work US hours
• Strong English, and confident on calls.

Responsibilities

• Build demand through content, LinkedIn and campaigns.
• Run outbound to B2B software companies.
• Set up partnerships with agencies and advisors who work with them.
• Run sales calls and close deals.
• Bring what you hear from buyers back into how we sell.
