Job summary

ScaleUp is seeking a Head of Growth to define and execute the company’s growth strategy in a 100% remote capacity. You will personally launch campaigns, optimize funnels, and analyze results while supporting the first 50 customers with founders and the AE.

You will own paid media, lifecycle emails, and SEO efforts, driving activation and conversions toward paid subscriptions. This role requires strong English, autonomy, and startup-ready initiative.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid advertising budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
• Practical experience with lifecycle email, conversion optimization, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Improve landing pages, trial sign-up flows, activation and conversion.
• Build lifecycle email campaigns including onboarding, activation, win-back, and expansion.
• Drive SEO, GEO visibility, social media, and content initiatives.
• Set up tracking and report on CAC, payback, and channel performance.
• Present strategies and results in regular meetings with stakeholders.
• Document customer results, develop case studies, and assist partner marketing.
• Collaborate with founders and Account Executive to align product feedback.
