Shift Markets builds white-label trading infrastructure for FX brokers, crypto exchanges, iGaming operators and fintechs. Founded in New York in 2009 with roots in FX technology, we have helped 250+ exchanges and brokerages go live, with more than $2 trillion in total volume traded and 10 million registered end users on our platform. Our clients add crypto trading, payments, and prediction markets without rebuilding their stack.

Whether collaborating in office, connecting remotely, or representing Shift at industry events, we work together as one to move finance forward. We believe collaboration fuels creativity, diversity drives strength, and curiosity keeps us ahead of the curve.

This is a senior, hands-on role working directly with our marketing lead as his right hand. You will own B2B demand generation end-to-end (paid media, landing pages, email, and the funnel through to Sales) and you will build the AI systems that let a small team produce the output of a much bigger one.
We are not looking for someone who asks an AI tool to write a social post. We are looking for someone who has built workflows that monitor the market, competitors, and industry news, surface insights proactively and draft assets for human review, and who has the marketing judgment to know what good looks like.
This is a remote, 40-hour-per-week role. The successful candidate must maintain meaningful working-hour overlap with the New York team.
