Acrisure West Michigan is seeking a Managing Client Advisor who will translate regional growth priorities into disciplined execution across a team of Client Advisors. You will drive day-to-day sales performance, coach client-facing behaviors, and maintain market presence, with potential to carry a personal book of business as needed.

You will report to the Vice President, Commercial Lines for West Michigan and lead collaboration with operations, placement, and service partners to ensure strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or financial services, with demonstrated depth in Commercial Lines.
• Strong knowledge of selling strategies, pipeline management, and growth drivers.
• Experience leading sales teams with coaching and accountability.
