Acrisure, LLC is hiring a Managing Client Advisor for West Michigan Commercial Lines. This role leads a team of Client Advisors, translating regional growth priorities into disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

It emphasizes coaching, pipeline discipline, and accountability for new business, client expansion, retention, and cross-sell activity. The position requires on-site work in West Michigan with strong market presence, and may involve carrying a personal book of business as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or financial services, with demonstrated depth in Commercial Lines.
• Strong knowledge of selling strategies and methodologies, including pipeline management and performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead, develop, coach, and hold Client Advisors accountable to drive growth.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined prospecting, opportunity management, client expansion, and cross-sell.
• Monitor pipeline health and performance to ensure hit ratios, retention, and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with operations, placement and service partners to support growth with strong execution.
