Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Managing Client Advisor for the South Commercial region. This leader translates regional growth priorities into disciplined execution, coaching a team of Client Advisors, and driving new business, client expansion, retention, and cross-sell activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Strong background in commercial construction.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance and/or financial services, with demonstrated depth in Commercial Lines.
• Strong knowledge of selling strategies and methodologies, including pipeline management and performance drivers.
• Demonstrated experience leading sales teams and driving growth through coaching and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into clear, actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead, develop, and coach Client Advisors to improve productivity and growth outcomes.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined prospecting, expansion, and cross-sell activity.
• Monitor pipeline health and performance, implement course corrections as needed.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture with accountability and results.
• Collaborate with operations, placement, and service partners to ensure execution.
