Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Managing Client Advisor for West Michigan to translate regional growth priorities into disciplined execution across a sales team. You will drive day-to-day sales performance, coach client-facing behaviors, and ensure accountability for new business, client expansion, retention, and cross-sell activity.

You will maintain an active market presence and may carry a personal book of business as determined by the region's needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in commercial insurance/financial services, with depth in Commercial Lines.
• Experience leading sales teams, coaching, accountability, and disciplined execution.
• Knowledge of pipeline management, client advisor productivity levers, and growth drivers.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional growth priorities into actionable expectations for the sales team.
• Lead, develop, and coach Client Advisors; set expectations and accountability.
• Drive profitable organic growth through disciplined prospecting, expansion, and cross-sell.
• Monitor pipeline, performance, and adherence to sales standards; adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, placement, and service partners to ensure strong execution and client experience.
