Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Proven track record of success.
• Strong verbal and written communication; interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information per customer specifications.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to meet market goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Staff and direct a sales team toward profitability and growth per company values.
• Maintain performance and development; prepare action plans for individuals and the team.
• Ensure the team meets activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, and proposals.
• Provide timely, accurate pricing within policy while maximizing profit margins.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics; communicate them within the team.
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
