Pinnacle Clinical Research- A Summit Solution is seeking a Business Development Associate I to drive growth in our clinical research services and placement of clinical studies within our network of sites. The role requires a self-starter with strong prospecting and relationship-building skills to expand our client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years in business development, sales, or client management in clinical research or healthcare.
• Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategy with BD Directors and therapeutic leads.
• Identify prospects for IRO services using opportunity databases.
• Engage in cold calling, emailing, meetings, events, and social networking.
• Support account plans and act as a contact for prospective and existing clients.
• Assist revenue targets through pipeline management and lead tracking.
• Contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
