World Finance seeks an accomplished Branch Manager to drive growth, enhance portfolio performance and profitability while leading a high-performing team in a branch environment.

You will generate new business through outreach, referrals, and community engagement, review lending decisions, and ensure compliant operations. A results-driven leader with strong people skills will excel in meeting loan, tax, and performance targets.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience or completion of management training.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collections to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
