Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Growth Lead to own consumer subscriber growth across several states, leading local strategies, partnerships, and field marketing efforts. You will drive awareness, acquisition, and performance through diverse channels and collaborations with sales, product, marketing, operations, engineering and finance teams.

The role requires an execution‑focused, independent operator with a background in growth, partnerships, or sales within technology or telecommunications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription services.
• Willingness to travel ~75%+ to customer locations and SpaceX sites.
• Strong execution mindset and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own Starlink’s consumer subscriber growth strategy and execution for multiple states.
• Serve as local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
• Develop and launch pilots and growth experiments to identify high‑performing channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scale growth programs.
• Track subscriber acquisition metrics and ROI across initiatives.
