SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Growth Lead for Colorado and New Mexico to own consumer subscriber growth and local partnerships. You will build scalable growth engines, drive channel expansion, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet ambitious targets.

The role requires hands-on execution, strong networking with partners and communities, and the ability to operate independently in the field across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Own Starlink growth strategy and execution for Colorado and New Mexico.
• Act as local market owner—awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
• Develop and scale new customer acquisition channels (ISPs, utilities, retailers, partners).
• Lead deal execution from opportunity to partner launch and collaboration.
• Represent SpaceX in discussions with commercial partners and community groups.
• Drive local marketing, field events, and grassroots campaigns to boost adoption.
