Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, or customer education.
• Experience building SMB or advertiser education programs.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the global SMB content strategy and editorial roadmap.
• Create compelling customer stories, case studies, vertical playbooks, guides, videos, and thought leadership.
• Launch repeatable education programs through webinars, expert sessions, workshops, and on-demand learning.
• Grow audiences through owned, shared, and partner channels; build distribution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Develop creator-, expert-, and customer-led programs with credible education and authentic storytelling.
• Scale programs across markets with regional teams and localize formats and languages.
