Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in content marketing and audience development, with a track record turning complex product concepts into clear, engaging content and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, or customer education.
Experience building SMB or advertiser education programs.
Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Set the global SMB content strategy and editorial roadmap.
Create compelling customer stories, case studies, vertical playbooks, guides, videos, and thought leadership.
Launch repeatable education programs through webinars, expert sessions, workshops, and on-demand learning.
Grow audiences through owned, shared, and partner channels; build distribution plans with cross-functional teams.
Develop creator-, expert-, and customer-led programs with credible education and authentic storytelling.
Scale programs across markets with regional teams and localize formats and languages.
