Job summary

Stable is hiring a Growth Lead to own how we acquire, convert, and expand customers across self-serve and sales-led motions. You’ll own the number, not just campaigns, with self-serve revenue and sales-led pipeline as your north star metrics and you will be equally responsible for both enterprise and online purchasers.

This is a senior individual contributor role for the near term with potential to build a small team as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with experience spanning both PLG/self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
• Experience owning and allocating a meaningful budget: you've made the call on seven figures.
• A track record of moving revenue and pipeline numbers, not just launching campaigns.
• Demonstrated AI fluency: built workflows, agents, prompts, or internal tools that changed how you work.
• Experience taking a channel 0→1.
• Comfortable presenting growth performance and investment tradeoffs to a leadership team.
• Strong analytical and editorial chops.
• Experience owning or working closely with an SEO program, and a point of view on how AI search changes it.
• Highly autonomous, and at home in an area that's ambiguous and still being defined.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth planning across self-serve ARR and sales pipeline.
• Own a multi-million dollar budget: set the investment split across motions, channels, and programs, and own the forecast against it.
• Decide what we ramp up, ramp down, or stop, and defend each call with numbers.
• Regularly present on growth performance and learnings to the leadership team.
• Partner with sales and leadership to define ICPs and campaigns, and close the feedback loop for next steps.
• Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and win-back.
• Build AI-enabled systems: research, content production, competitive monitoring, funnel analysis, reporting, etc.
• Use automation to replace headcount or external agencies.
