• 2–6 years in growth, marketing, or customer acquisition.
• Track record of measurable growth outcomes.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to execute with minimal direction.
• Comfortable switching between strategy and execution daily.
• Analytical, experiment-driven approach to channels and spend.
• Quick to pick up new tools and tactics in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and execution across paid and organic channels.
• Take over existing initiatives currently run by the founder and contractors.
• Design, launch, test, and scale new acquisition channels end to end.
• Run experiments from concept through analysis and iteration.
• Track and report on campaign performance, channel efficiency, and growth metrics.
• Partner with the founder to shape strategy as we expand into new product categories.
• Use modern tooling to make marketing faster and more efficient.
