Job summary

SingleStore seeks a seasoned product/growth leader to own agent-led growth and product-led growth initiatives. You will optimize the answer engine citations and drive self-serve conversion from web to revenue, leveraging data-driven experiments and AI tooling.

Applicants should have 5+ years in PM/PMM/growth roles with PLG experience, be comfortable with AI agents and tools like Claude Code, Cursor, MCP, and proficient in product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, product marketing, or growth roles with at least 2 years in PLG.
• Hands-on with AI agents and coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and MCP.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with product analytics tools like Mixpanel.

Responsibilities

• Own agent-led growth end to end, including agent preference and experience.
• Drive answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy to ensure AI tools cite SingleStore correctly.
• Run product-led sales experiments and improve the self-serve journey from web to revenue.
