ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Growth to own a portfolio with end-to-end accountability for growth initiatives in an AI-first GTM world. You will define entry points, activation milestones, monetization moments, and signals across channels to drive revenue.

You will publish a multi-quarter growth thesis, lead 8–10 experiments per sprint, and shape the self-serve experience while coordinating with sales, marketing, and CS to optimize the funnel and monetization

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth portfolio end-to-end across landing, signup, onboarding, and upgrade paths.
• Define multi-quarter growth thesis and channel sequencing.
• Run 8–10 experiments per sprint with pre-registered hypotheses and metrics.
• Design self-serve as a first-class path with effective paywalls and activation flows.
• Diagnose funnel performance with data and defend changes with rigorous analysis.
• Shape monetization by modeling credit economics and pricing signals.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, and customer success to route high-intent leads.
• Mentor and calibrate other Growth PMs; raise craft of the team.
• Present growth mechanics to executives and board when needed.
