Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Project Manager to lead transformer service projects from inception to completion. You will work with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to develop project plans, manage budgets over $1 million, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining strong communication across stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in electrical installation or construction management for transformer projects, leadership experience, and PMP certification preferred;

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical installation or construction management for transformer projects
• Proven leadership and collaboration across engineering, operations, logistics, and program management
• PMP certification preferred; strong risk and commercial reporting experience

Responsibilities

• Lead transformer service projects from inception to completion
• Develop detailed project plans and communication strategies with customers and stakeholders
• Review contracts, specifications, scope, and budgets to identify risks
• Monitor labor, material costs, and productivity to forecast revenue and profit
• Coordinate subcontractors, field service teams, and internal groups to close projects successfully
